Global Forum Foundation(GFF) is a charitable, International non profit and voluntary organization in development which seeks for the promotion & enhancement of social integration amongst marginalized youth and disadvantaged groups in the society for sustainable human development. It is also seeks for the eradication of poverty,malnutrition and improving health programs in the poorest of poor in the society to be implemented ,as an overall strategies that are consistent with UN Millennium Development Goals(MDG) is a Share Responsibility of all leaders, stakeholders in civil society, and the international community as a whole.

WHAT DO WE DO

Community Initiative & Dev. Projects, Fundraising Charity ball to raise funds to support GFF intended projects in Canada & third world Countries.
Capacity Building workshops , Seminars and International
conferences as a follow up to UN Millenniun Declaration Goals:

* Comminity Health Care projects

we also intend to raise funds to support Senior homes and homeless people  & mental health project in Alberta. GFF participated in fundraising efforts to support the recent victims of the Slave Lake fire in Alberta.

Developing and Deeping sense of commitment to inter-faith and religious activities and providing financial & material asst to the members of community who are in need .

MISSION/VISION

UN MILLENNIUM DEV GOALS:

Investments in human capital, access to increase sustained Aid to high indebted poor countries, access to financial assistance, empowerment of women and eradication of poverty. A practical approach to this plan is to achieve the Millennium Development Goals will provide a credible and concrete alternatives towards these efforts. Focusing on Accountability & Transparency, the programs aimed at providing a forum for leaders and stakeholders in civil society organizations to forge closer working collaboration and engage in continuous dialogue on progress towards achieving just society.

EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIP

Promoting effective partnership amongst civil society organizations which provides an excellent opportunity for information sharing, exchange of ideas and experiences which promotes good friendships for the promotion of socio-economic development, good governance, democracy, accountability, transparency, gender development thro’ pragmatic approach to development initiatives and strengthens bond of friendship, cooperation, coordination and resources mobilization for sustainable human development. Establishing a suitable environment for good governance based on principles of ownership, participation, dialogue and freedom of speech, a credible and regulatory framework to deal with inadequacies that impede the ability of leaders and stakeholders in civil society to reduce poverty, hampered the effective delivery of public social services that retards economic growth, and impeding efficient use of Economic AIDS/Grants Assistance to Third world.

UNIVERSAL EDUCATION AND PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SYSTEM:

Promotion of universal basic education and primary health care systems that is affordable, accessible and reliable to all is hallmark of Global Forum Foundation

ADVOCACY STRATEGY FOR YOUTH PROGRAMS:

To strategize authentic and realistic programs that would address the phenomenon youth delinquency which had been a concern to every family, the community, the state and the country as a whole.

GENDER DEVELOPMENT:

The policy on gender and development rests on the same principles of social justice as well as equity and equality in respect for human dignity, human rights and diversity. It acknowledges the overall framework of sustainable human development and put people at the centre of development.

EVANGELISM:

GFF believes in evangelism as its basic principles to fight against poverty, chronic disease, malnutrition and it is a shared responsibility for all. To encourage members of the community and their families to spend time in the word of God and to reach out to the community and those who are in need, encourage one another and pray for those who are sick as a strategy of addressing the spiritual & material needs of the society.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS:

An enhanced sense of belonging to community. Enhancement of social exclusion amongst marginalized & disadvantaged groups for sustainable dev. Supporting community initiative projects & partnerships with the various community cultural groups. Developing and Deeping sense of commitment to God’s work, and providing financial & material support to those who are in need. This is a key and fundamental basic principles of the GFF Canada to develop a deep sense of identity and belongingness to the world communities in 21st century.
